Requirements
- One infant per adult may ride free of charge.
- If the number of infants exceeds the number of adults, or if they require a seat or meal, a child (elementary school student) fare will be charged.
- If you have a "Physical Disability Certificate," "Rehabilitation Certificate," or "Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate," you and one accompanying person will receive a discounted fare. Please present this when you board the ship on the day. If you are unable to present this, you will be charged the regular fare.
- Please note that service may be suspended due to unavoidable river conditions.

- To board the ship, you will need a separate boarding pass issued at the ticket office. Please be sure to come to the ticket office on the day of boarding.
- Please show your e-ticket at the ticket booth next to Hachikenyahama Pier (in front of the west ticket gates of Keihan Temmabashi Station).
- E-tickets can be displayed after certifying the reservation from the reservation completion screen or from the "Show ticket" button in the reservation completion email.
