- This plan operates one-way only, from 'Osaka Castle to Yodoyabashi' or from 'Yodoyabashi to Osaka Castle.' Round-trip rides are not available.
- This e-ticket is valid only for the designated boat service listed on the ticket. If you miss your boat, no alternative arrangements will be made.
- You cannot board the boat with a stroller. Please fold it and bring it with you when boarding. Due to space limitations on the boat, it may be stored at the front or rear of the boat.

- Customers using the Disability Discount fare/rate are required to present one of the following: a Physical Disability Certificate, a Rehabilitation Passbook (for Intellectual Disability), a Mental Disability Health and Welfare Certificate, or the MIRAIRO ID app.

- This cruise has open seating. Infants without a boarding ticket should ride on the lap of an adult.
- Please show your E-ticket to the staff at the Osaka Water Bus stop.
- E-tickets can be displayed after certifying the reservation from the reservation completion screen or from the "Show ticket" button in the reservation completion email.
