      Customers who make reservations online do not need to register at the ticket counter. Please come directly to the boarding point at least 10 minutes before the departure time. Access: JR Osaka Loop Line, get off at Osakajokoen Station, about 3 minutes walk

      • Each infant per adult can ride for free (if they are sitting on an adult's knees).
      • If the number of infants exceeds the number of adults or if they require seats, a child (elementary school student) fare will be required.
      • There are no restrooms on board. Please note.
      • It is an open type ship without a roof. Cruise will operate even in the rain, but rain gear will not be available for rental.

      • Strollers are not permitted on board. Please leave them at the boarding area before embarking.
      • Passengers in wheelchairs who have difficulty walking are requested to board with a companion or caregiver.
      • Please store large luggage, such as suitcases, at your accommodation or in coin lockers at the station or nearby areas.

      • Please show your E-ticket to the staff at the Osaka Water Bus stop.
      • E-tickets can be displayed after certifying the reservation from the reservation completion screen or from the "Show ticket" button in the reservation completion email.

      A good experience

      It's less than 30 minutes of ride, not too long nor too short. The sun was strong but wind helped and 30 minutes was bearable. Sakura was peak at the ride. Recommended.

      造幣局の桜も見れました

      造幣局の桜の通り抜けが予約となり、高齢の母もいたのでこちらになりました。 時間的に丁度よく、大阪城も観られたので満足です。
