- Please show your E-ticket to the staff at the ticket counter of the Osaka Aqua Bus. Then we issue and give you another boarding ticket.
- The ticket counter is expected to be crowded before the departure time. Please come to the reception desk as soon as possible.
- E-tickets can be displayed after certifying the reservation from the reservation completion screen or from the "Show ticket" button in the reservation completion email.
